OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE FAST ARROW DODGE SCAT PACK SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
The Dodge Scat Pack Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered exclusively by Fast Arrow, located at 1632 E 37th St, Odessa, TX (the "Sponsor"). Shopify Inc. is not a sponsor, endorser, or administrator of this Sweepstakes, and is completely released from any liability regarding this promotion.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 15, 2026 (if it reaches the minimum amount of tickets sales), at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor’s computer server is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Residents of the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii are expressly excluded from entering. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry, and must possess a valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.
4. HOW TO ENTER (TWO METHODS AVAILABLE)

METHOD A: Shopify Store Purchase (Automatic Entry): For every one U.S. dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on eligible product purchases at the online store fastarrowshop.com during the Sweepstakes Period, the customer will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing. Entry calculations are based on the net price of the purchased products, strictly excluding shipping fees, sales taxes, applied discounts, or payment processing fees.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: If a Shopify purchase transaction is cancelled, returned, refunded, flagged for fraud, or subjected to a bank chargeback prior to or after the winner selection, all entries generated by that specific transaction will be immediately and automatically declared void.

METHOD B: Alternative Method of Free Entry (AMOE via Mail-In): To enter the Sweepstakes without making any purchase, hand-print your full name, complete physical mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted), phone number, valid email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper. Insert the card into a postage-paid envelope and mail it to: Fast Arrow, 1632 E 37th St, Odessa, TX.
- For each valid, hand-printed mail-in entry received, the entrant will receive one (1) entries into the Sweepstakes drawing (ensuring compliance with the principle of Equal Dignity).
- Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate envelope with sufficient postage. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2026, and received no later than December 20, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, automated, or mass-produced entries are strictly void.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: One pre-owned Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack, with approximately 50,000 miles on the odometer, awarded in its current "as-is" condition.
- The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $30,000.00 USD.
- Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the vehicle at the time of prize delivery will not be awarded in cash. The Sponsor makes no warranties, technical representations, or commercial guarantees regarding the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
6. TAX LIABILITIES AND WINNER EXPENSES
The Grand Prize winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes and sales taxes) associated with the acceptance of the prize. The winner must also assume all costs related to vehicle registration, title transfer, license plates, mandatory auto insurance, and any personal travel or shipping costs to pick up the vehicle at Odessa, Texas.
Because the prize value exceeds $600 USD, the Sponsor is legally required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the full ARV of the vehicle for the corresponding tax year.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be selected via a random electronic drawing conducted on or about January 5, 2027. The drawing will utilize the unified database of the ViralSweep application, which equally combines automated purchase entries and validated mail-in entries.
The Sponsor will notify the potential winner by phone and/or email within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner will have a strict period of five (5) business days from the initial notification to respond and claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond within this timeframe, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through the same random drawing process.
8. REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
To be formally declared the official winner and receive the vehicle, the selected potential winner must sign and return to the Sponsor, within the designated timeframe, the following notarized documents:
- An Affidavit of Eligibility and Legal Compliance.
- A Liability Release and Publicity Release.

A completed IRS Form W-9 including their Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
Failure to provide these documents within the specified timeframe will result in immediate disqualification.
9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, Shopify Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, or death arising out of or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, driving, use, or misuse of the prize vehicle.
10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action lawsuit. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Odessa, Texas.
